1.      Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to :

  •        All European Union (EU) countries
  • ·       United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, and Norway

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Within Germany: 3–7 business days
    • Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
    • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, and Norway: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping (if offered):
    • Within Germany: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order size:

  1. Germany: Standard €4.99
  2. EU countries: Standard €13.99
  3.  United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, and Norway Standard €19.99
  4. Free Shipping: Orders over €100

    Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    •        For shipments within the EU: No customs fees or import duties apply.
    •        For international shipments (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, and Norway): Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply, depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    •        All product prices include VAT according to EU and German tax laws.

    5. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    6. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
