By placing your order, you are making a purchase offer. My Shop reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion and for any reason. Your order will only be considered accepted once it has been confirmed by My Shop. Acceptance of your order is contingent upon the receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as My Shop may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided at the time of your order.
The return or exchange of your purchases will be carried out solely in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal use or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and special offers may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in the order confirmation you receive by email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.
Prices listed in our online shops may differ from prices in physical stores or in online shops or other stores operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions for the Services that may affect pricing and be subject to terms and conditions different from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will prevail.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the posted prices, including shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over the products to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

My store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are concluded directly with My Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspects of the transactions between you and My Store, including injuries, damages, or losses caused by purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability for any claims, damages, and obligations arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with My Store.

   Certain personal data may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed hier. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read these Privacy Policies.

SECTION 24 – International Orders (UK & Non-EU Countries) 

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
